· Analyze at least three factors that influence the company's strategic, tactical, operational, and contingency planning.
Goal Number 1; no accidents (Dudley, 2010). No accidents means no accidents, from the smallest accident in the office to the large accident such as an explosion on an oil well. Goal Number 2; No harm to people (Dudley, 2010). If we gain better control of our first goal we will also meet our second goal of not harming any people. Goal Number 3; No damage to the environment (Dudley, 2010). Because BP is an environmentally centered company, our company needs to react more quickly to protect the environment.
